About us
Welcome! Community Table is all about promoting health in Abbotsford. We believe that being healthy includes more than just eating right and exercising regularly. Stress and unhealthy relationships are very damaging to our health. Being isolated or alone are comparable to the risks associated with cigarette smoking, blood pressure, and obesity. At Community Table, we aim to address the whole person. Physical, mental, social and spiritual. We will provide a variety of monthly events addressing each of these areas. We hope you will come and bring a friend!
