Sunday Tai Chi and Chi Kung

We're very happy to announce a new location for our Sunday Tai Chi class from 9am - 12noon. We practice Chi Kung and I-Chuan standing from 9-10 and Tai Chi from 10-11. From 11-12 we practice two people exercises.
You are welcome to come for just one or all three hours. All levels are welcome.
