🍂 Community Yoga Holiday Pause — Returning January 4th

Hi everyone! We’re taking a short break for the holiday season. December brings a lot of major events, crowds, and park closures at Lake Eola, which makes it hard to maintain the peaceful Sunday morning atmosphere our classes are built around.

We’ll be back on Saturday, January 4th, and we’re looking forward to restarting our weekly Community Yoga gatherings in the new year. (As always, keep an eye on the events here in case of weather or park updates.)

Thank you for practicing with us and for helping this community grow into something truly meaningful. We hope this season gives you space to rest, breathe, and recharge.

✨ Wishing you a grounded and restorative holiday season.
We look forward to reconnecting with you in January. 💛

🌿Welcome to Community Yoga at Lake Eola 🌿

Every Sunday at 10:00 AM, we roll out our mats under the trees on the Northeast Lawn of Lake Eola for a blend of movement, stillness, and community that feels equal parts grounding and magical.

Our classes are donation-based and open to all levels. Whether you’ve been practicing for years or you’re just wondering if you can touch your toes (spoiler: you don’t need to), you’ll find a place here. This isn’t about being perfect—it’s about showing up, breathing, and remembering that your body is allowed to feel good.

Here’s the flow:
✨ Gentle, all-levels yoga to wake up your body and calm your mind
✨ Breathwork to help you feel centered and alive
✨ Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation) with a splash of sound healing that feels like your nervous system just got a spa day
✨ Connection—with nature, with community, and with the truest part of yourself

📍 We meet on the North East Lawn along Eola Drive, under the row of trees with plenty of shade and good vibes.

Bring with you:
– A yoga mat or towel
– Water
– Anything cozy for final rest (blanket, pillow, eye mask if you’re fancy)
– Your radiant, imperfect, wonderful self 💛

And here’s the secret sauce: yes, it’s yoga, but it’s also about joy. About remembering that community can be lighthearted, that self-care doesn’t have to be so serious, and that Sunday mornings are better when you start them with movement, laughter, and maybe a little dance under the trees.

Stick around after class, wander the farmers market, connect with new friends—or float off into your Sunday with a fresh sense of calm.

✨ This is yoga for everybody, and every body.
✨ This is community that’s as real as it gets.
✨ This is Sunday morning—Lake Eola style.

Come breathe, stretch, and play with us. You’re welcome here.
