Start your Sunday with intention and ease! Join us for a slow, gentle yoga practice that’s perfect for all levels - whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years.

What to Expect:
• Slow-paced, mindful movement
• Gentle stretches and breath-work
• Accessible for all bodies and abilities
• A calming way to ease into your Sunday

What You’ll Need:
• Yoga mat (or soft surface)
• Comfortable clothing
• Any props you like (blocks, blankets, bolsters - but not required!)
• A quiet space where you can move
