What we’re about
Welcome!
The purpose of this group is to highlight wellness-based and community-centric events in Central Oregon. The most common theme of these events involve coming home to your authentic Self, your health, your joy, and a broader community.
We invite event organizers to join this group to add your events. Themes within this group are likely to be very broad and event organizers are a remarkably diverse group of artists, healers, entertainers, visionaries, and more.
In general, there is NOT an expectation to use this Meetup group to actively track RSVPs, event registration, or to communicate about specific events. The focus at this time is to have a cohesive landing page for information. You are still welcome (and encouraged) to RSVP here just so we know you're listening and finding value with this group.
This project is ever-evolving and there are opportunities to support. Please feel free to reach out to Organizers!
We deeply honor the seed gardeners of the former "One Well" Meetup Group, and the loving foundation they built: Barb, Hill, Marci and Shanti.

Hi, I’m Donna Chisholm! I’m a Mindfulness & Self-Compassion teacher, Authentic Relating facilitator, Yoga teacher, Physical Therapist, and a Relational Coach with my private practice, Connected Coaching.
YOU WILL LEARN:
- Relational tools to deepen connection with yourself and others.
- Practices for authentic sharing and compassionate listening.
- Mindfulness and self-compassion skills to support presence and vulnerability.
- Embodiment practices for nervous system regulation and resilience.
This small-group series is designed as an intentional space for authentic connection and belonging. Each 90-minute session will include my direct facilitation in guided practices, new topics of focus, and optional opportunities for both group and breakout sharing.
