Our respiratory diaphragms are instrumental in drawing the breath of life into our bodies and massaging our internal organs for healthy digestion.

Despite being made of highly elastic tissue, our diaphragms are often tight and restricted due to stress, unexpressed emotions, postural habits, injuries and strains, or all of the above.

By using body mapping, self-touch releases, and various movements, we will free this vital and flexible muscle.
