Hi, I’m Donna Chisholm! I’m a Mindfulness & Self-Compassion teacher, Authentic Relating facilitator, Yoga teacher, Physical Therapist, and a Relational Coach with my private practice, Connected Coaching.

YOU WILL LEARN:

  • Relational tools to deepen connection with yourself and others.
  • Practices for authentic sharing and compassionate listening.
  • Mindfulness and self-compassion skills to support presence and vulnerability.
  • Embodiment practices for nervous system regulation and resilience.

This small-group series is designed as an intentional space for authentic connection and belonging. Each 90-minute session will include my direct facilitation in guided practices, new topics of focus, and optional opportunities for both group and breakout sharing. Clear boundaries and agreements will create safety and respect, allowing vulnerability to unfold naturally. With a maximum of 6-8 participants, the group provides intimacy, depth, and consistency.
