This month we’re covering a financing tool that many rental property owners may not even know exists.
Join us this Wednesday, September 9, as the Columbia Apartment Association (CAA) and CoMo-REI welcome Christopher Booth with Ryse Market – Rent Advance.
💰 What If You Could Access Months of Future Rent Today?
Christopher Booth will introduce us to Ryse Rent Advance, a program that allows qualifying property owners to receive up to 11 months of future rental income upfront—without taking out a traditional loan or undergoing a credit check. Ryse states that advances can be funded in approximately 3–5 business days, with funds available for unrestricted use.
For real estate investors, that opens up some interesting possibilities.
Imagine being able to turn future rental income into cash today to:

  • 🏠 Fund repairs or property improvements
  • 💵 Improve immediate cash flow
  • 📈 Help fund your next property acquisition
  • 🔨 Improve or reposition underperforming properties
  • 🚀 Grow your portfolio without adding traditional debt

And because the funds are unrestricted, owners determine how they want to use the money.
