Feeling disconnected? Join Compass Storytelling for an evening of storytelling and catching for adults at People's Book in Takoma Park, MD as we gather with friends and strangers. Through guided story prompts, your memories will surface and find a voice inside intimate story circles. It’s in the listening and telling of our life experiences that we nurture understanding and community. Come unprepared and open to making connections.

Event format:

• Begin with a discussion of the storytelling format
• Form small story circles for storytelling and catching
• Conclude with a discussion in the wider circle and enjoy provided snacks
