Sunset Sound Bath | Brentwood

Join us for a relaxing evening under the setting sun as we immerse ourselves in the soothing sounds of a sound bath experience.

• 630pm to 730pm: sound bath session
• 730pm to 830pm: social hour
• Bring your yoga mat if you have one. If not, chairs will be provided.
• Free parking adjacent to venue.

This in-person experience will take place in a serene outdoor setting, allowing you to connect with nature while basking in the warm glow of the setting sun. Whether you're a seasoned sound bath enthusiast or new to the idea, this event is perfect for anyone looking to unwind and restore balance to mind, body, and spirit. Then after the session, continue enjoying the evening with warm company and complementary refreshments served.

What's a sound bath? We've heard "sound baths offer all the benefits of meditation, without the effort." Enjoy an hour-long session designed to take you into blissed-out relaxation. It's an experience where guests sit or lay down and receive a range of therapeutic sounds shown to calm the body and mind.
