Take SB northbound 101 to Glen Annie –Storke Rd. Turn left on Storke Rd., drive .3 miles to Hollister Ave. Turn right onto Hollister and drive north to Ellwood School, which will be on your right. At the signal, turn left into the public parking lot across the street from the school.

This is an interesting and easy hike through various eco-systems.

We will hike for an hour then sit and have a short discussion of some aspect of self healing (i.e. gratitude, forgiveness, empathy, etc.). Then we enjoy a short 10 minute meditation then begin our return hike. Join us!
