Compassionate Heart Meditation is a weekly 30 minute meditation over the Wednesday lunch hour that focuses on loving acceptance of self, others, and the world. It is a way of "ending the war" with our experience, and finding our true relationship with ourselves, the people in our lives, and the world we live in. Join us from 12:15 to 12:45 every week for this revitalizing and centering experience.
We have been meeting regularly for over nine years, and we seldom sign in through Meetup. So don't be put off if it looks like there aren't a lot of attendees signed up. (If you want to be absolutely sure we'll be there, you can call the number below.) We typically have between four and 10 people participating, and you are most welcome to join us!
