Every community event is designed to connect you with health and wellness experts in an intimate setting. This monthly series creates a platform to explore a variety of topics centered around health, fitness, and wellness-culture to challenge your understanding and provide you with action steps to improve your living. You will have the opportunity to listen, converse, and ask questions with each speaker as well as meet different meet others with similar interest.
