Duration: 60–70 minutes
Includes: pre-session check-in + post-session integration talk

A gentle, intuitive unfolding guided entirely by your energy system:

1. Intuitive Sensing
   I begin by tuning into your energetic field with presence and sensitivity. Through subtle sensations, impressions, and intuitive images, I sense where your system is holding emotional or energetic weight.
   You simply rest, your body guides the session.
2. Calling to the Part
   When a specific area, your sacrum, heart, a chakra, or an emotional memory, calls for attention, I rest my awareness there. This soft, non-judgmental presence allows trapped energy to rise and dissolve naturally, without revisiting trauma.
3. Clearing & Release
   Your system begins to gently release what it no longer needs - old patterns, emotional residue, trauma imprints, or energetic cords.

I use a blend of Biodynamic Craniosacral principles, energy sensing, chakra balancing, and trauma-sensitive energy work as the clearing unfolds.

You may feel warmth, tingles, deep stillness, or emotions come up

4. Anchoring the Shift
Once the release completes, we anchor balance and flow back into your field so you leave feeling grounded, protected, and more connected to yourself.
