Ready to escape the August heat and hit the slopes?
For our next side quest, we are heading to the winter wonderland at SnowWorld in Zoetermeer.
Whether you have never put on ski boots in your life, want to try snowboarding for the first time, or just want to carve some fresh indoor powder, this is the perfect afternoon adventure. It has multiple slopes, lifts, and most importantly... a cozy alpine restaurant for some après-ski drinks when we are done!
The Plan: We will meet up by the entrance, get our gear sorted, and hit the snow. You can hit the slopes at your own pace, or hang out on the beginner hills. Afterwards, we will regroup at the lodge for some hot chocolate or drinks.
The Details:
- Experience Level: All levels are welcome! (If you are a total beginner, it is highly recommended to book a 1-hour intro lesson on their website).
- Equipment: You don't need to own any gear! You can rent skis, snowboards, boots, and even a snowsuit directly at the venue. Just make sure to bring your own warm gloves!
How to Secure Your Spot (Please Read!): Because we all need ski passes, you will be responsible for booking your own ticket for this quest.
