This group is designed for those who have read or who are reading the book "Complex PTSD, from surviving to thriving". By Pete Walker. Anywhere from a few paragraphs to a few pages are covered each week, depending on how much discussion there is on any give section. Participants are asked to share how they relate to what was read and avoid directly commenting on what others have said, or asking direct questions. This allows for a more relaxed setting.
