What we’re about
I am a trauma therapist and host various group therapy options. Group therapy falls into different categories: psychoeducation, support group, skills group, and interpersonal process groups. My groups are interpersonal process groups for processing and healing your mental health concerns in a group setting. Healing happens in relationships, which is why group therapy is so…well…therapeutic! Read more about me and my other areas of specialty here.

It is proven to be most effective to heal in relationship with others, which is why a group setting can be very therapeutic.
How it works: This group takes a NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) approach to developmental and relational trauma with the intention of exploring each person’s own internal experience, deepest desires for themselves, and how we get in our own way.1 attendee - $90.00
