**When**: Mondays 12pm-1:30pm starting November 3
**Length:** ongoing, with a 4-week minimum commitment
**Cost:** $90/session
**Led By:** This group is led by [Diane Davis, PLPC](dianedavistherapy.com), a trained complex trauma therapist.
**How to Join:** You must have an 50-minute individual intake session with the facilitator before attending a group session to assess for fit. Contact diane@getcenteredcounselingstl.com to RSVP.
**Who it’s for:** Adults healing from complex trauma. 2 to 6 adults. Mixed gender.
**What:** Complex trauma (cPTSD) comes from ongoing, pervasive neglect or abuse, not necessarily from a single traumatic event. It is typically organized into categories of developmental, relational, cultural/religious, and intergenerational trauma. It is proven to be most effective to heal in relationship with others, which is why a group setting can be very therapeutic.
**How it works:** This group takes a NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) approach to developmental and relational trauma with the intention of exploring each person’s own internal experience, deepest desires for themselves, and how we get in our own way.
