In the last months I have created a little computer game which you can use to learn, and teach, about how decisions become fundamentally different when things become complex. It is based on a thought experiment by Heinz von Foerster, the Non-Trivial-Machine. In this meetup we will play the game, reflect our experiences, and explore the history of the concept and how we can use it to convince others to stop treating complex issues as if they were trivial.
