What meta-skills support and enhance systems/agile thinking?

This is the second of our "Thinking Dialogues" style meetup.

Often models and approaches overlook the skills that are actually required, often quite complex and nuanced! Additionally, these skills show up in different ways, depending on how complex the individual can think. Even if these skills are hidden or implicit, the model/approach in systems/agile thinking will sometimes create the natural environment for these complex and nuanced skills to develop. What happens when we bring these complex skills to conscious awareness? How might it activate more informed movement and simultaneously develop each individual's potential?
In this session we will take a deep dive into the concept of meta-skills, with breakout sessions looking at the role these skills play in our approaches to systems/agile thinking:
contextual thinking - essential in complex situations (knowledge, conflict, problems, or decisions)
collaborative capacity - essential to working cooperatively with others in a variety of contexts (learning, creation, problem-solving, and decision-making)
perspective coordination - essential for constructing knowledge, resolving conflicts, solving problems, and making decisions
