A Brief Introduction to Cynefin

2020 was a very complex year, to say the least. But now we are back, with a new format, new members, and this newish thing called zoom. We thought we'd kick off the new year with this very basic Cynefin talk. For new members, it's an introduction to Cynefin and Complexity Theory. For the old-timers, it's a refresher and a chance to ask any questions that you may still be struggling with.

Cynefin has an undeserved reputation for being difficult to grasp. In this introductory talk, Jocko Selberg breaks down this approach and demonstrates how it can help us make better decisions in uncertain conditions. There will be ample time in the end for group questions and discussions.
