Here at The Lounge, we talk about "complexity thinking" all the time. How does it happen? Who does it? Is it just for management? How does it work in different parts of the organization? There are so many questions. To help answer them, The Lounge is very excited that Eb Ikonne is joining us for this session. In his talk, Eb will discuss how we can encourage people throughout an organization to adopt “complexity thinking” and why it matters.
