About Host:
I was in a 15 year toxic abusive relationship with my ex for all of my adult life. When he finally left I felt like my world had crashed around me and I realized that I didn't know who I was anymore. I had given up every part of me to be able to be what he needed me to be. Something as simple as not eating pickles because he didn't like them was a new expierence to me. I struggled with my own identity and felt completely alone until I found this group and realized that there were others that were facing the same hardships that I was going through. By being able to attend these meetings and share my eperience I have been able to navigate in the world a little differently. Regaining my self confidence and stepping back into my power has been one of the hardest things I have ever done but so nessessary to be able to navigate in the world in a more healthier way. YOU ARE NOT ALONE!
