About Your Host:
Hi everyone,
I’m SC Cavali — your host for Composed & Confident. Some of you may also see my name online as Shradha Cripe. I’m currently in a personal rebrand and life transition, and both names represent chapters of my journey. You are allowed to have many chapters in your story. I certainly have.

A bit more about me than you'll find on my socials: I navigated the end of my marriage six years ago and finalized my divorce over three years ago. More recently, I completed what I would call the “emotional divorce” — the deeper internal separation that isn’t handled in court, but within ourselves.

While I had support in some areas, there were significant gaps. I spent years learning — through court navigation, co-parenting adjustments, support structures for my children, and understanding complex relational dynamics — what it truly takes to move forward with strength instead of just survival.

What I noticed was this:
Most of what’s publicly available focuses on the logistics of divorce. The paperwork. The financials. The legal strategy.
Very little addresses the internal leadership required to emotionally detach from an unhealthy dynamic and rebuild with composure.
That’s the space I care deeply about.
This gathering is the beginning of creating that space — one rooted in dignity, clarity, and self-leadership.

If you are here, know this:

  • You are not alone.
  • You are allowed to move forward.
  • You are capable of navigating this chapter with more strength than you may currently feel.

I’m looking forward to meeting you.
— SC
