# Divorce Support for Women: Sitting With the Hard Moment — A Guided Pause

A quiet online gathering for women navigating divorce who need a moment to breathe, pause, and reconnect with themselves.

Divorce can feel like everything in your life is shifting at once — and yet this chapter often lasts longer than anyone expects.
You may be navigating grief, legal decisions, parenting dynamics, and a future that suddenly looks very different than the one you imagined.
It’s a lot.

Sometimes what we need most is a simple pause — a moment to breathe and not feel so alone inside everything that’s happening.
In this small online gathering, we’ll take that pause together.

I’ll guide a short grounding meditation (about 20 minutes) to help your body settle and your mind slow down — something you can return to whenever things feel overwhelming.

This meditation is informed by my training as a 200-hour and 300-hour certified yoga teacher with trauma-informed yoga training, creating a space that is gentle, accessible, and supportive of wherever you are in this moment.

Afterward, I’ll stay for optional questions and conversation. I’m not a therapist or a lawyer, but I can help you think through possible next steps, resources, or questions that may bring a little clarity.
