I invite you to a gentle and nourishing session dedicated to stretching, flexibility, and relaxation.
In this class we will move slowly and consciously, exploring different stretching and flexibility exercises to release tension, improve mobility, and reconnect with the body.🧘🏻
The session will begin with a soft warm-up, followed by guided stretches to open the body, increase flexibility, and create more space and lightness in your movements.
We will finish with a short meditation and relaxation, allowing the body to integrate the practice and bringing calm to the mind.
This class is designed for anyone who wants to take care of their body, slow down, and enjoy a moment of presence and well-being. 🌞
No previous experience is needed. All levels are welcome.🌱
Just bring comfortable clothes and your yoga mat. 🌿

Te invito a una sesión suave y nutritiva dedicada al estiramiento , la flexibilidad y la relajación.
En esta clase nos moveremos de forma lenta y consciente, explorando diferentes ejercicios de estiramiento y flexibilidad para liberar tensiones, mejorar la movilidad y reconectar con el cuerpo. 🧘🏻
La sesión comenzará con un calentamiento suave, seguido de estiramientos guiados para abrir el cuerpo, aumentar la flexibilidad y crear más espacio y ligereza en tus movimientos.
Terminaremos con una breve meditación y relajación, permitiendo que el cuerpo integre la práctica y llevando calma a la mente.
Esta clase está pensada para cualquier persona que quiera cuidar su cuerpo, desacelerar y regalarse un momento de presencia y bienestar.
