Description
This short but beautiful trail is a hidden gem near the northeast corner ofThousand Oaks.
There are two parts – in the south it is a decomposed granite (DG) path on the south and east side of the North Ranch Playfield. Crossing Bowfield St., it becomes a traditional trail that snakes through a beautiful stand of oak trees alongside Lindero Creek, crossing it a few times. Continuing north, it crosses Lakeview Canyon Rd., then goes through a tunnel under Kanan Rd.
