Hike Hummingbird Trail to Swing Cave 2.5mi | Hard

🌿 Join us for an adventurous hike to the hidden Swing Cave along the beautiful Hummingbird Trail in Simi Valley! This scenic route winds through sandstone boulders, oak savannahs, and one of the most important wildlife corridors connecting the Simi Hills and Santa Susana Mountains.

This out-and-back trail is approximately 2.5 miles total with about 1,000 feet of elevation gain. Expect a steep climb with some light scrambling near the cave and swing area. Good hiking shoes are highly recommended.

✨ Along the way we’ll enjoy sweeping views, unique rock formations, spring greenery, and a fun hidden destination tucked into the sandstone cliffs.

☀️ Important Notes:
• Very little shade — bring plenty of water
• No bathrooms or water at the trailhead
• Small dirt parking lot fills quickly
• Download offline maps beforehand if possible
• Moderate difficulty due to incline and scrambling sections
