Join us this Sunday morning to ride around Semi Peak from Lang Ranch to beautiful China Flats and Back
We will start from Lang Ranch park at 9 AM. ( try to arrive 5-10 min earlier so we can start rolling at 9)
The ride is around 12 miles long and should take about 2 hours depending on the group's tempo. The trail is fine for intermediate riders, includes fireroad climb and tons single track.

What you need:

Bike ( obviously)

Helmet ( a must )

Spare tubes (2 pcs) for your bike

Water bottle ( a camel back hydration pack is recommended )

Snacks ( power bars, gels )

Charged Cellphone
Highly Recommended:

Riding gloves (full finger gloves) and protective eyewear

Eat good breakfast with carbs and fruits ( oatmeal, serial, pasta, etc)

Bicycle shorts and jersey made of sports fabrics
