What we’re about

This is a group for anyone who wants to make new friends and walk more with like minded people! The focus is on healthy living and being in the moment. Our goal will be to walk for an hour at a reasonable pace to get in some light to moderate cardio, build our fitness and improve circulation. A pedometer, fit bit, iPhone watch or other heart rate monitor is helpful not needed to join. We can meet afterwards at local shake shops or healthy eating for nourishment afterwards depending on everyones schedules. The walking pace and places will vary depending on the season and fitness level of the group. Local trails, fitness parks, beaches and walking paths will be covered.
