SPANISH Wine Tasting and Food Pairing - $35

We hope you can join us for a special wine tasting and food pairing evening. We will be gathering at one of our group member's home where we will be exploring four wines from Spain as well as tasty food samplings prepared by our host.

TASTY FOOD TO PAIR WITH OUR WINES
Our host Teresa will be preparing a wonderful selection of tasty bites for us to enjoy including: Charcuterie Board featuring several cheeses, crackers, grapes, olives, and meats. Olive tapenade, caprese skewers, ham and pickle pinwheels, and stuffed peppadews. Eclair bites will offered as well! Yum! It all sounds tasty to us!

FEATURED WINES
We have collaborated with our friends at 3rd Street Beverage to provide four exceptional Spanish wines including the following:

• 2023 Morgadío Albariño from Spain's Rías Baixas region that offers a vibrant expression of the Albariño grape, known for its crisp acidity and aromatic profile.
• 2019 Muga Selección Especial Reserva is a standout Rioja red wine that exemplifies the excellence of the 2019 vintage. Crafted by Bodegas Muga, a renowned winery in Rioja Alta, this wine showcases the region's dedication to quality and tradition.
• 2021 Azul y Garanza Garnacha, particularly the Naturaleza Salvaje Tinto bottling, is an expressive, organically farmed red wine from Navarra, Spain.
• 2021 Torres Secret del Priorat is a distinguished red blend from Spain's renowned Priorat region, crafted by the esteemed Familia Torres. This wine is a blend of Garnacha, Cariñena, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot. The wine encapsulates the unique terroir of Priorat, characterized by its steep slopes and llicorella slate soils.

It will be an fun and informative exploration of some of the finest wines and variatels that Spain is renowned for.
