Central Oregon New Friends Connections and Paulina Peak Social Group are combining efforts again this summer for our ANNUAL SUMMER PICNIC being held again at ALPENGLOW PARK.

Lot's of new folks in the group - let's gather for an outside meet and greet for the ANNUAL KICK OFF THE START OF SUMMER PARTY!! We will bring the Cornhole boards, badminton, Bocce Ball - anyone have a lawn darts set?? Or maybe croquet? (I am kidding about the Lawn darts....).
We are adding prizes this year - stay tuned for a few contests AND give-away details.
Bring a lite dish to share - I will have some plates and utensils, but feel free to bring your own - label your containers.
Suggested: easy pre made dishes and snacks - veggies trays, chips/dips , simple finger foods, cup cakes.... bring tongs if possible to minimize touching.
Although I prefer to stand and mingle, bring a camp chair. I will bring a few extra for folks to sit down and visit.

NEEDS: We can use a few portable tables and perhaps some pop up tent shelters for shade. Ice and a cooler will be welcome. Always appreciate a few volunteers for early setup and late cleanup.

A community cooler of ice will be on hand, bring a few NON-ALCOHOLIC beverages to toss in. Bend Park and Rec rules say NO alcohol in the park w/o a permit. However, Iwill certainly not be checking the contents of anyone's hydro flask - stay hydrated my friends! I will have a few 2-liter bottles of water/soda pop on hand - please bring your OWN cup, let's keep the disposable trash to a minimum."
Because this will be a larger sized event, please leave dogs at home, thanks!
