Join us for an evening of wine tasting paired with a menu inspired by regional Canadian cuisine.

Our hostess for the evening, Val, a dual U.S. and Canadian citizen, will guide us through dishes from different regions of Canada. She’ll share some background and a few fun facts along the way. The menu will remain a surprise and will be revealed during the event.

These bites will be paired with a selection of wines from California’s Lodi AVA, a diverse and often overlooked region known for its old vine Zinfandel and a growing range of Mediterranean and Spanish varietals. Our wine guy, Paul, is in the process of selecting the wines and will be sharing a brief overview of each selection as they are poured.

This event will be held at a private residence; the address will be provided to confirmed guests a few days prior.

Attendance is limited to 20, so please RSVP early to reserve your spot. We encourage you to join the wait list, as openings may come up prior to the date event.
