Join us for an evening of bourbon tasting as we explore a range of styles, learn what makes each pour unique, and enjoy great conversation with fellow whiskey enthusiasts. Whether you’re new to bourbon or already a fan, it’s a relaxed way to discover new favorites.

What to Look Forward To:
We’ll be pouring a selection of bourbon whiskeys. Bourbon is America’s native whiskey—crafted primarily from corn and aged in new charred oak barrels, which gives it its signature notes of vanilla, caramel, and warm spice.

For those in the know, there are several bourbon varieties with distinct flavor profiles that we may be tasting:

• Wheated bourbon — softer, smoother, with honey, caramel, and baked bread notes
• High-rye bourbon — bolder and spicier, with pepper, cinnamon, and dried fruit
• Traditional bourbon — balanced vanilla flavors, toasted oak, brown sugar, and light spice
• Small-batch or single-barrel bourbon — often richer and more complex, with deeper layers of caramel, dark fruit, leather, and smoky oak.
