About us

Confidence and Connection is a peer-led men’s group for men who want to feel more comfortable socially and build real connection in their lives.

This group is for men who:
• feel socially nervous or isolated
• want more confidence in everyday situations
• want a supportive place to practice conversation and connection
• are ready to take small steps toward a fuller, more engaged life

We meet weekly to talk openly and practice simple, real-life confidence in a friendly and respectful group setting. Topics may include:
• starting and holding conversations
• building confidence without needing to be perfect
• handling awkward moments and rejection
• reducing self-judgment and negative self-talk
• showing up more fully in daily life
• creating healthy routines that support confidence and connection

Some meetings may include light movement or body-awareness activities (such as posture or simple dance) to help build comfort and presence in social situations.

This is not therapy, counseling, or dating coaching.
It is a peer-led discussion and practice group for men who want to grow in confidence and connection together.

Our goal is to create a welcoming space where men can practice being themselves, support one another, and take small steps toward healthier friendships, relationships, and opportunities.
