  • We will start with clarity. We will gently unpack what social anxiety and self consciousness really are, helping you see your reactions not as personal failures but as common patterns you can change. You will see you are not the only one who feels this way.
  • Then comes the key insight. You will learn a simple but life changing tool from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy called a Thought Record. This will help you catch those automatic negative thoughts that fuel your anxiety. The moment you learn to see a thought as just a thought and not a fact, everything changes. You will create a space where you can choose a new, more helpful path.
  • Next we go beyond thinking. We will gently demystify hypnosis, clearing away the myths of stage shows and mind control. You will learn how therapeutic hypnosis is actually a natural state of deep focus and relaxation where lasting change can begin to feel easy. It is about using your mind’s own power to build new foundations of calm.
  • Finally, you will put this into practice. You will try two engaging exercises. First, a fun and surprising demonstration of your mind’s incredible power over your own body. Then, a calming guided visualisation where you will mentally rehearse feeling confident and assured, creating a blueprint for your future self to follow.
