You understand the cycle. Now let's interrupt it.
In Part 1, we looked at why you're stuck. In Part 2, we're giving you the tools to stop the spiral in real time, when the panic hits, when the loneliness creeps in, when you're about to text someone you shouldn't.
In this 30-minute session (Part 2 of 3), you'll learn:

  • The Thought Stopping Protocol – 4 steps to interrupt an automatic thought
  • A Self-Compassion Script for single-life moments (that actually sounds like you, not a greeting card)
  • How to apply both tools to real situations
  • A short visualisation to practise interrupting the cycle

This is for you if:

  • You attended Part 1 (recommended), already understand the cycle or are ready for practical tools
  • You want to know what to do in the moment, not just after

What this isn't:
No theory without practice. No "just think positive."
