Session outline (60 minutes):

  • A gentle welcome and brief grounding to help settle nerves
  • An introduction to the Confident Communicator Studio and how this space works
  • A short, practical teaching on confident communication
  • Optional speaking practice — always by choice
  • Supportive reflection and simple takeaways you can use straight away

There is no pressure to speak, no surprise call-outs, and no judgement. You are welcome to participate in the way that feels right for you — listening is always enough.

  • A notebook and pen (optional)
  • A willingness to explore speaking with more calm and confidence

How to join:

  • This is an online event held via Zoom
  • The Zoom link will be shared with registered attendees before the session

You don’t need any prior experience.
You don’t need to prepare a speech.
Just come as you are.
