Empowerment Morning for Women - Celebrating the New Feminine Holiday

We live in a time of rapid change. We women get to have more opportunities and new doors are opening for us. In Berlin we even got ourselves a new day off. But with that in mind, we also frequently face new challenges.

The international women’s day is a great occasion to connect with our feminine community, strengthen ourselves and get inspired. It is an invitation to get in touch with our feelings and wishes, with our intuition and inner wisdom and celebrate together.
In this morning we will move and feel our bodies, chat and exchange experiences and
inspirations with friends and sisters-women.

Program

11:00 – Welcome Talk
11:30 – Body Movement & Awareness Training
12:15 – 13:00 – Intuition and Connection Workshop – Using Intuition to Strengthen Ourselves and Others
13:00 – Get together, meet, talk and enjoy a light buffet

The program will include varied exercises of body & mind. We will move, breath and talk, all with the aim to energize our feminine strength.
