⏰ Time: 8:00AM - 9:30 AM (ish)
📍 Location: Woodward Park Trail. Meet at the Art of Life Healing Garden mural from the Ft Washington and Friant Rd. entrance.

👟 What to Bring: Plenty of Water (it's hot 🔥) + comfy shoes

🅿️Free Parking across the street at the Starbucks shopping center. Just cross the street into the park.
Paid parking inside with ParkMobile App.

☕️ After the walk, some of us hang out for coffee at Starbucks. It’s a great time to connect more if you’re up for it! Totally optional and at your own cost.

FREE to attend and open to women of ALL ages.
⚠️Please note there are some hills, dirt paths and unshaded areas during the walk.
Walk is approx 1 1/2 hours from start to finish.
Your safety always comes first so please be sure it feels like a good fit for you physically.
