Morning Edition Walk w/ Women's Self Defense Class

Saturday Morning Edition + FREE Women's Self-Defense Class 🥋

We’ll start with our Saturday Morning Walk at 9 AM, then follow it up with a FREE Self-Defense Class around 10 AM.

Led by The Rosette Foundation!
Michelle and her team at @therosettefoundation
will be teaching:

• Basic self-defense techniques
• Situational awareness
• Confidence & empowerment in everyday life

👩‍🦰 Who It’s For:
Women and girls ages 10+
(Taught by women, with male volunteers assisting)

💪🏻 As women, we need this! It's a chance to move our bodies, get outside, connect with others, and learn ways to protect and empower ourselves.

Notes: Pay for parking inside the park. Free parking across the street at the Ft Washington shopping center. Just cross the street and head over!
