It’s the first walk after the time-change (don’t forget to turn your clocks back ⏰).

I’ll have your neon accessories waiting for you 👏🏼

Bring your own reflective gear or flashlight so we stay safe out there.

Event Details:
⏰ Time: 6:00pm–7:30 pm (ish)

📍 Location: Woodward Park Trail. Meet at the first Art of Life Healing Garden sign from the Ft Washingto/ Friant Rd. entrance.

👟 What to Bring: Water + comfy shoes

🅿️Free Parking across the street at the shopping center. Just cross the street into the park. Paid parking inside with ParkMobile App. $5.49

This group is for women only and designed as a safe space for women to connect, walk, and build confidence together. Open to women only of ALL ages. FREE.

⚠️Please note it will be dark going forward.
Walk is approx 1 1/2 hours from start to finish.
Your safety always comes first so please be sure it feels like a good fit for you physically.
