Tonia Tyler is the host of Coffee With T on Confident Strides Podcast. She is also a YouTube creative, public speaker and leadership and lifestyle coach. As a military retiree of the US Army and a former social media manager, she pulls from her vast experience to educate and empower individuals, small business owners and entrepreneurs.
