**About our Event Facilitators:**
**Tonia** is a podcast host and producer, public speaker, and leadership/podcast coach, using her military and social media experience to help others.

She focuses on personal growth and business development. Tonia's work includes running the Confident Strides Pro Network Organization and hosting the "Coffee with T" podcast, where she shares stories and advice to inspire others.

Her goal is to help people improve their skills and find their community.
