Action for Happiness is a movement of people taking action to increase happiness and wellbeing across society. Backed by leading experts from psychology, neuroscience, education, economics, social innovation, and business, it provides evidence-based ideas and materials to enable practical action to create happier homes, workplaces, and communities
Ingrid Katner, Positive Intelligence Coach and I are hosting two 6-week Action for Happiness Workshops:
Week 1: Gratitude
Week 2: Self-Care
Week 3: Relationships
Week 4: Resilience
Week 5: Kindness
Week 6: Meaning
In each session, we do a short centering exercise, listen to the experts on a principle, discuss in small group and make an intention to follow through on an action for happiness.
