Do you want more practice talking to people—but without the pressure of networking events, awkward icebreakers, or trying to think of the perfect thing to say?

Social Skills Practice is a relaxed, supportive space where you can practice real conversations with real people. Through guided prompts, breakout room discussions, and structured exercises, you’ll have opportunities to connect, participate, and build confidence in a low-pressure environment.

Whether you’re looking to feel more comfortable meeting new people, improve your conversation skills, or simply get more social reps, this is a great place to practice.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What You’ll Learn / Practice

How to start conversations more naturally
Ways to keep conversations flowing without overthinking
Listening and asking better follow-up questions
Feeling more comfortable with pauses, uncertainty, and social discomfort

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What to Expect

These events are interactive, but there is never pressure to participate more than you want to.
Many people attend for the first time feeling nervous or unsure—and that’s completely normal.

You’re welcome to:

  • participate actively
  • ease in gradually
  • observe quietly at first
  • ask questions throughout the event

The goal is progress, not perfection.
