Never Run Out of Things to Say
Details
What This Workshop Is About
Do you ever worry that you'll run out of things to say, create an awkward silence, or have the conversation suddenly die?
You're not alone. Many people believe great conversationalists always have something interesting to say, but that's rarely the case. Great conversations aren't built by having endless stories or perfectly planned topics—they grow naturally when you know how to listen, stay curious, and build on what's already being shared. The pressure to constantly think of the next thing to say is often what makes conversations feel difficult in the first place.
In this workshop, we'll explore simple techniques for keeping conversations flowing naturally without memorizing scripts or carrying the entire interaction yourself. Whether you're meeting someone for the first time, getting to know coworkers, making friends, or building deeper relationships, you'll leave with practical tools that help conversations feel easier, more engaging, and more enjoyable.

What You’ll Learn / Practice
- How to keep conversations moving without feeling like it's all on you
- Simple ways to ask better follow-up questions and build on what someone else shares
- How to contribute naturally without worrying about having fascinating stories
- What to do when conversations slow down, hit a pause, or seem to run out of momentum
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What to Expect
This workshop will include teaching, discussion, coaching, and opportunities to ask questions.
Many people attend for the first time feeling nervous or unsure—and that's completely normal.
You're welcome to:

The goal is progress, not perfection.
