When we react to assumptions rather than reality, it creates accidental walls between us and the people we care about. Join us for a fun, lighthearted, and interactive session!
What We’ll Practice:
Pausing automatic judgments before they trigger stress or arguments.
Using the "video camera" lens to ground ourselves in factual reality.
Communicating with clarity to invite connection instead of defensiveness.

Expect a group from 6-12 people on average.
