What we’re about
We are building a community in order to fight robots.
No, not a robot Fight Club (they'd easily win).
Rather fight robots with robots to create opportunities where there's already significant impact: our jobs. But where would we even start? Math? Coding? Particle physics?...
We want to shape that answer.
Tech jargon can alienate newbs like an exclusive club where we don’t speak the language. I'm far from fluent but I'm tech adjacent enough to kick us off.
The exciting thing about this time of restructuring, not just global politics, but the way we individually perceive technology, is that you don’t need to go to a 6 month boot camp or understand complex systems to harness technology anymore. With low-code and no-code tools (many of them free), the playing field is finally level.
This group started with one big question: What should we even be doing with AI?
As we’ve explored, our mission has become clear we’re Team Human, and we’re rooting for the winning side (selfishly, of course).
Our goal? To take the tech that’s already out there, the stuff that feels effortless for "tech people", and translate it into something accessible for everyone.
Most people stay stuck where they are because they can’t imagine a better way or there's that one mental block or awkward social gathering that stops us short. We’re here to change that.
We share ideas (some wacky, some confusing, most intentionally jargon-free) to help each other visualize where tech could take us in 5-10 years, how to position ourselves for success now and then, and create visually interesting tools to get there.
