We’ll look at how insecurity shapes our relationships, our choices, and the way we see the world, and how bringing awareness to these hidden aspects can lead to greater wholeness and freedom. Join for open-hearted conversation that blends self-reflection, psychology, and spirituality.

Let’s Talks are group conversations led with community in mind. While the ideas are fun to explore, connection is the main priority.

CONNECT AVL is an organization hosting social events intentionally designed to help people form new friendships, deepen existing ones, and feel a sense of belonging.

This group is a space for open, thought-provoking conversations about the systems we live in and the cultures we inhabit. We’ll grapple with topics such as why so many people feel insecure about their worth in relationships and communities, how we can navigate both the apparent inevitability of AI as well as the ethical dilemma surrounding it, and whether the insanity of paying $45 for four hipster tacos and two drinks is why you need extra strength weed gummies to fall asleep at night. Join in community as we try to make sense of this increasingly chaotic and confusing world we’re living in.

Join to discuss Between The World and Me. Everyone is welcome to join regardless of how much of the book has been read (even if it’s nothing!). It’s still valuable to be in community and hear the discussion.

While we will be focusing on the ideas in this book, the main priority of this group is community building. Expect brief introductions in the beginning. Attendees are welcome to open up, so that the content can be understood both intellectually and emotionally.
